This weekend, we were honoured to welcome parents and students to our educational workshop “Reading Champions: Empowering Parents to Foster Literacy at Home”, led by Ms. Leean Woodland, our Cambridge Programme Principal.
The workshop provided valuable insights into the Jolly Phonics approach to teaching English and practical strategies for parents to collaborate with the school in enhancing their children’s reading comprehension. While parents engaged in the session, students enjoyed a fun and creative art activity featuring five special guests: Nu and Vi (from the NuVi milk brand), Capybara, Labubu, and Kuromi.
We hope the event offered parents and students a meaningful weekend filled with practical information. We look forward to seeing you again at future events!
