The National General Education Program (MOET) is the standardized curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and implemented nationwide across all general education schools. The program aims to foster students’ holistic development in knowledge, skills, character, and competencies, serving as a solid foundation for lifelong learning and social integration.
The MOET curriculum is structured with a comprehensive system of subjects and educational activities, tailored to each educational level to ensure continuity and progressive development from Primary to Upper Secondary education.
Chinese is introduced at a foundational level, focusing on basic communication and cultural exposure. The program aims to build interest, confidence, and cultural awareness, without emphasizing academic rigor or advanced language proficiency.
Applied science subjects such as STEM and Robotics are integrated into the curriculum as essential components for developing students’ logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Through hands-on projects, research-based activities, and teamwork, students are encouraged to apply academic knowledge to real-world situations, fostering scientific thinking, collaboration skills, and learner autonomy—key competencies for global citizens in the digital age.
The MOET curriculum is delivered through a competency-based approach that combines academic instruction with practical application and experiential learning. Assessment is conducted continuously and periodically to accurately reflect students’ learning progress.
At Anne Hill Bilingual School, the MOET curriculum is fully and rigorously implemented in accordance with MOET regulations, serving as the core academic foundation for students. Building upon this foundation, the school develops enrichment programs and extended learning activities to enhance students’ academic capacity and future readiness.
